The project is driven by the shared objective of equipping VET learners and educators with advanced, future-proof digital competences. These skills are tailored to meet the rapidly evolving technological demands of modern businesses\u2014especially SMEs with limited capacity to navigate digital change independently.<\/p><p data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"2071\">At its core, VETech will develop a <strong data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1760\">simulation-based learning curriculum and practical digital toolkit<\/strong> to support both VET providers and SMEs. By integrating emerging technologies such as <strong data-start=\"1846\" data-end=\"1924\">Artificial Intelligence (AI), blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT)<\/strong> into an accessible educational framework, the project creates a low-risk, guided learning environment that fosters digital fluency and innovation.<\/p><p data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2108\">The implementation plan includes:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2472\"><li data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2203\"><p data-start=\"2111\" data-end=\"2203\">Initial needs assessments and research on digital training gaps across the three countries<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2311\"><p data-start=\"2206\" data-end=\"2311\">Development of the <strong data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2243\">VETech Toolkit<\/strong>, featuring simulation-based methodologies and SME-focused content<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2312\" data-end=\"2386\"><p data-start=\"2314\" data-end=\"2386\">A pilot <strong data-start=\"2322\" data-end=\"2351\">Simulation Training event<\/strong> to test and refine the materials<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2387\" data-end=\"2472\"><p data-start=\"2389\" data-end=\"2472\">Final publication and open access distribution via a dedicated <strong data-start=\"2452\" data-end=\"2472\">digital platform<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2474\" data-end=\"2867\">All project results\u2014including training resources, reports, and the digital toolkit\u2014will be freely accessible to VET institutions, SME networks, and policy stakeholders across Europe. In this way, VETech contributes directly to the <strong data-start=\"2705\" data-end=\"2763\">Erasmus+ horizontal priority on digital transformation<\/strong>, while reinforcing VET-specific goals
